WeAreLiving Zetland is seeking a Leasing Agent to drive leasing success through genuine engagement and a personalised, customer-first service from first enquiry to move-in. This 12-month fixed-term role offers the chance to contribute to a premium brand within a Build-to-Rent community in Zetland, Sydney.

This role emphasizes delivering an exceptional resident experience and supporting occupancy and revenue targets while representing a leading operator.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated junior leasing or real estate experience.
• High attention to detail and CRM confidence.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking in a busy environment.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional resident experience by delivering safe, supportive service with memorable moments that exceed expectations
• Support leasing strategy to achieve occupancy, rental, and revenue targets
• Follow company procedures and contribute to improving on-site operations
• Deliver outstanding leasing experiences through responsive communication, engaging tours, and personalised service
• Manage enquiries in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up in line with brand standards.
