Job summary

Evolve FM is seeking a detail‑driven Leasing/Property Administration professional to join our Canberra team. You will support the leasing team, maintain property databases, verify data and assist with financial adjustments and reporting.

The role is full‑time and based in our Canberra office, offering exposure to government and private sector clients and opportunities to contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to audit data and reports for accuracy.
• Advanced numeracy skills and comfort with data analysis.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and high computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the leasing team with day-to-day operation of the property portfolio including lease performance and rent rolls.
• Maintaining databases ensuring all information is recorded accurately and consistently in accordance with the required policy and process.
• Verifying and cross-checking information across various systems or sources including lease agreements.
