Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lease Administrator in Canberra. The role supports the Head of Portfolio and Leasing by maintaining lease data, documents and related financial processes to ensure timely, accurate administration of the lease portfolio.

Key duties include preparing lease obligation summaries, supporting rent roll, coordinating payments, and reconciling outgoings, with close collaboration with Senior Lease Managers and Transaction Management teams to meet deadlines and uphold

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Finance (AP/AR) preferable.
• Real Estate lease administration / data management experience with multinational or corporate real estate databases.

Responsibilities

• Upload fully executed lease documents to the relevant system.
• Complete lease obligation summary.
• Update and maintain document registers (including security deposits and insurance).
• Calculate and verify CPI increases and update in systems.
• Generate draft expenditure rent roll and review for variances.
• Process non‑recurring payments to suppliers per lease terms.
• Raise purchase orders when required.
• Handle landlord payment inquiries and reconcile outgoings.
