Job summary

Our Lady of the Assumption School in Cheltenham, VIC, invites applications for two Learning Support Officers to join our caring, Catholic school community. These fixed-term part-time roles (0.8 FTE and 0.6 FTE) focus on supporting student wellbeing and learning in partnership with teachers.

Successful applicants will contribute to inclusive education, work collaboratively with staff, and support students with targeted needs across classroom, playground and offsite activities as required.

• Knowledge of and commitment to the Victorian Child Safe Standards

Responsibilities

• The Learning Support Officer works in partnership with the Learning Diversity Leader, classroom teachers and colleagues to support students within the classroom, in the playground if required and offsite when necessary.
