Job summary

Australian Christian College - Singleton invites applications for a Learning Support Coordinator to join the College Leadership Team. The role leads the Learning Support Team, oversees NCCD processes, and ensures inclusive, data-informed planning for K-12 students.

Candidates will demonstrate strong administration, ability to coordinate IPs and adjustments, and collaborate with staff, families and external specialists to drive student wellbeing and learning outcomes in a supportive Christian

Qualifications

• High-level organisational skills for NCCD processes, IPs, and resource management.
• Ability to create and monitor Individual Plans with appropriate adjustments.
• Strong time-management to meet deadlines and manage complex admin workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Learning Support as part of the College Leadership Team.
• Coordinate MTSS/RTI and data-informed interventions for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, external specialists, and school leadership to improve outcomes.
• Support the vision of the school and drive school-wide improvement.
