Job summary

Australian Christian College Singleton is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator to lead the Learning Support Team, oversee NCCD processes and guide strategies for diverse learners within the CLT framework.

The role is a full-time position commencing Term 1 2027, reporting to College Leadership Team and working within a nationally networked school community that emphasises faith, student wellbeing and rigorous learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• High-level organisational skills for NCCD processes and resource management.
• Ability to create quality Individual Plans with appropriate adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Learning Support Team; promote reflective practice and professional growth.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, external specialists and leadership to drive school-wide improvement.
• Implement MTSS/RTI and explicit instruction approaches; analyse data to design targeted interventions.
