St Joseph's Primary School Kangaroo Point, part of Brisbane Catholic Education, invites applicants for a part-time, term-time fixed position to support Year 5 & 6 students. The role focuses on planning and delivering effective learning programs, with 15.99 hours weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, starting 23 January 2027.

Salary is $34.17–$35.62 per hour plus 12.75% super, with the School Salary Scale.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Education Support.
• Experience planning and delivering teaching programs.
• Ability to monitor progress and apply interventions.
• Experience supporting diverse learning needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning, preparation and delivery of learning programs using technology and learning support activities.
• Monitor the progress of students and identify learning areas to provide evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Improve student learning outcomes by providing support and advice on supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with school specialists to organise intervention groups and coordinate services.
• Document observation notes, intervention programs and assist in preparing classroom materials.
