Medowie Christian School is seeking a full-time Primary Learning Support Assistant to join our Christ-centred team. The role supports students in classrooms and playgrounds, working with academic staff to enhance learning and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a Christian faith, strong communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative spirit to help students engage with curriculum and grow in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy of data collection and reporting.
• You have an active Christian faith and regularly attend church.

About the role

This full-time (Primary Learning Support Assistant) position is expected to commence in October, 2026.

We are seeking a motivated and engaged team player who can help support students to engage and connect with the curriculum, feel well supported and cared for in the playground and equip students with strategies for managing different environments.
