Job summary

Ipswich High School, a vibrant day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 3-18, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to deliver targeted interventions with small groups or individually. You will work closely with teaching staff to help pupils reach their full potential and foster a caring, inclusive classroom culture.

Ipswich High School is a vibrant day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 3-18, set in an idyllic 87-acre campus in Woolverstone on the banks of the River Orwell, just four miles outside Ipswich. Ipswich High School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to deliver targeted interventions with small groups of pupils, or, on an individual basis.

Candidates should possess a good standard of education, initiative and an ability to communicate well with both teaching staff and pupils. A good level of English, Maths and ICT is essential, as is a caring and patient nature.
