Cranbourne Secondary College is seeking a Learning Specialist to lead and model high-quality teaching across a 7–12 setting. You will mentor staff, lead professional learning, and drive improvements in curriculum planning and delivery within the Victorian Teaching and Learning Model framework.

The role focuses on supporting literacy, numeracy, and student achievement while fostering a collaborative culture and strong relationships with staff, students, and families.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of curriculum and assessment aligned to curriculum standards.
• Ability to model exemplary teaching and provide feedback to teachers.
