Job summary

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of curriculum and high‑impact teaching strategies.
• Ability to model and lead classroom practice and provide feedback to staff.
• Experience in leading professional learning communities and using student data to inform teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning within the school.
• Model exemplary classroom practice including demonstration lessons and peer coaching.
• Lead and coordinate whole‑school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery.
• Provide evidence-based feedback to teaching staff to inform development and practice.
• Mentor and train teachers, including student teachers, to improve practice.
