Job summary

Elisabeth Murdoch College in Langwarrin seeks a Learning Specialist - Data, Reporting and Digital Platforms to lead data collection, reporting, and the college's digital platforms strategy. The role drives the implementation of Toddle as the LMS, oversees Compass SIS data, and develops AI policy and staff capability to enhance teaching and learning.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in educational data systems and school improvement data cycles.
Experience coaching teachers to use data for learning growth.
Ability to implement and model digital platform strategy.
Proven capability to manage budgets and professional learning.

Responsibilities

Coordinate whole-school data collection and reporting (NAPLAN, PAT, VCE, attendance).
Lead the college's digital platforms strategy and LMS rollout (Toddle).
Partner with ICT to ensure systems integration and data integrity.
Develop data dashboards and provide timely, accessible insights to leaders.
Build staff capability through targeted professional learning on data-informed practice.
