Formación

• Proven ability to model high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum.
• Experience guiding staff professional learning and collaborative practice.
• Ability to analyse student learning data to inform practice.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice.
• Model exemplary classroom practice including teaching demonstrations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop effective teacher practice.
• Lead whole-school improvement strategies for curriculum planning/delivery.
• Provide professional learning processes, observation and feedback.
• Mentor and coach teachers; supervise student teachers.
• Use student data to inform teaching approaches and outcomes.
