Job summary

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the curriculum and ability to lead school priorities across year levels.
• Ability to lead planning and implement high impact teaching strategies and evaluate learning growth.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning using data to drive improvement across the college.
• Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills; fosters collaboration with staff, parents and the community.
• Model department values and lead whole-school professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and reporting of student outcomes and achievement.
• Coordinate assessment policies, practices and reporting across year levels.
• Develop and monitor whole-school improvement initiatives aligned to strategic plans.
• Coach and support staff through PDPs, PLCs, and professional development.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement curriculum and assessment improvements.
