Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Learning Partner to work with project teams to understand needs and design practical, scalable learning solutions that drive adoption. You will apply modern learning principles, learning experience design and performance consulting to support project outcomes and real-world impact.

You will contribute to change activity, support measurable performance improvements and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to embed learning into everyday practice.

Contract Type:Fixed term for up to 12 months

Salary:£45825.81 (£50476.27 is achieved after 12 successful performance in the role)

Working Hours:35 hours per week, full time

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

As a Learning Partner, you will work closely with business project groups to understand what colleagues need and design practical, scalable and measurable learning solutions that make change easier to adopt. You will use modern learning principles, learning experience design and performance consulting to support project outcomes and help colleagues apply learning in real situations.

About you

• Experience of supporting business projects, change activity or cross-functional teams to improve implementation, adoption and performance.
• Strong learning design skills, with experience of creating engaging, people-centred learning using modern learning principles, learning experience design and design thinking.
• Strong performance consulting skills, with the ability to explore challenges, influence recommendations and support measurable impact.
