Job summary

The Smith Family is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join the Learning for Life Contact Centre. You will provide excellent customer service to our Learning for Life families via phone, chat, email, and web tickets, handle inquiries, and support volunteers and team members.

You will contribute to accurate data entry and reporting, record feedback to improve the service, and work in a flexible, hybrid environment that supports balance and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a contact-centre environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Caring and respectful approach with diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, proactive and reliable, able to work independently or in a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with computer/database skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to Learning for Life families via phone, chat, email, and web tickets.
• Handle both incoming enquiries and proactive outbound support.
• Assist volunteers and team members as needed.
• Complete accurate data entry and reporting for all customer interactions.
• Record feedback from families to help improve their experience.
