Job summary

Norwest Christian College seeks a capable Learning Enrichment Coordinator to lead the Learning Enrichment Team and strengthen support for students with diverse learning needs across K-12. This leadership role works with staff, families, students and the Executive Team to ensure every student is known and supported.

The role involves strategic leadership, development of individual learning plans, policy oversight, and contributing to enrolment and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Formal tertiary education relevant to Learning Support and/or experience working with students with additional needs.
• Minimum two years' classroom teaching experience in primary and/or secondary.
• Experience leading or managing a team, or potential to grow into leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Disability Standards for Education and NCCD.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth.
• Active personal faith and alignment with Christian values.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and practical leadership across the College's learning enrichment programs.
• Collaborate with staff, students and families to support excellent learning outcomes.
• Lead the Learning Enrichment Team to support teachers in meeting the needs of students with diverse learning.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team, teachers, students and parents to develop and implement individual learning plans.
• Oversee the implementation of Learning Enrichment policies, guidelines and programs.
• Supervise College learning support plans and ensure consistent processes across K-12.
• Review learning and wellbeing data and make recommendations to leadership and teaching teams.
• Contribute to enrolment processes by analysing relevant learning support data and participating in interviews.
• Coordinate the College's NCCD process.
