NRMA is seeking a Casual/Contract Corporate Driver Trainer / Driver Safety Facilitator to support learner and experienced drivers in our community. You will facilitate the NSW Safer Drivers Course, run workplace road-safety workshops, and deliver engaging, on‑road training while providing excellent customer service and accurate program administration.

Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, at least 12 months facilitation experience, and a Working with Children Check;

Qualifikationen

• Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Demonstrated minimum twelve-month experience in facilitation in the workplace.
• Safer Drivers Course facilitator would be beneficial but not essential.
• Completed Working with Children Check as required by law.

NRMA’s Driver Training program is actively seeking an experienced Facilitator to join our team.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can confidently communicate with different people and are dedicated to providing young drivers with the confidence they need to be safe on the road.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate NSW Safer Drivers Course for Learners with up to 12 participants on a regular basis

Facilitate Road safety workshops for experienced drivers in the workplace

Maximise the learning experience by delivering a highly engaging and professionally facilitated workshop and on road training

Deliver high quality experience for a diverse range of industries and driver needs

Accurately educate drivers on relevant laws and legislation concerning the topic matter

Providing exceptional customer service

Carrying out administrative tasks associated with the program

What You'll Bring

Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Demonstrated minimum twelve-month experience in facilitationin the workplace

Being a current Safer Drivers Course facilitator would be beneficial but is not essential

Completed working with children check in accordance with all requirements of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.
