Voyages Tourism Australia is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead ARR training and orientation programs onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. You will coordinate training delivery, calendar, rooms, and catering, partnering with the Group L&D Manager to implement strategy, and deliver programs across hospitality, safety, and hotel operations. Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development within hospitality or hotel operations.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Learning & Development Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and strong relationship building skills to fill a critical position within our team to assist in the effective management, organisation, and delivery of Resort wide training, learning and development, and new employee Orientation program. The ideal candidate would have strong departmental management experience within in an any hospitality and hotel operations who has carried regular on-the-job training for their team. You will have excellent administration skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Your Key Duties Will Include

• Assist in day-to-day operational management of ARR training delivery provided both internally and by external providers. Liaise with external training providers to deliver training at ARR as required.
• Assist in the planning and maintenance of the monthly training calendar and room bookings and catering requests
• Working closely with the Group L&D Manager to refine and implement a Learning and Development Strategy at Ayers Rock Resort
• Preparation and delivery of various programs across the resort in Hospitality, Work Health & Safety compliance, and Hotel operations
