Job summary

Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave contract in Melbourne. You will support the coordination, administration and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the firm, reporting to the L&D Manager and working with the national Learning Helpdesk.

This role focuses on coordinating training programs, maintaining LMS activities, and delivering high-quality support to partners and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordinator/administrator role.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for internal learning queries.
• Coordinate and support professional development programs and new employee orientation.
• Administer training and learning activities via the UniversitySite LMS.
• Support learning reporting (CPD, compliance, KPIs) with data analysis.
• Manage Learning Helpdesk: registrations, attendance, materials, room bookings, catering, recordings.
• Maintain L&D systems and resources, including learning records and invoices.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of L&D processes and experiences.
