Wesley Mission in Sydney is seeking a well-organised Administrative Assistant to join the Learning & Development team. The part-time role is 15.2 hpw over 2 or 3 days and is based on-site in north‑west Sydney.

We work with the most disadvantaged in our community by providing services in Sydney and NSW ranging from child and family care, counselling, disability services, aged care, homeless services, employment, training and education.

The Learning & Development team is part of Wesley People & Culture. We provide orientation and education programs for staff, volunteers and managers. It is our team’s mission to support people at Wesley Mission adapt to Wesley Mission’s culture and systems when they begin their journey and when changes occur.
You are someone who is well organised and have strong administrative skills. You also like working with data and preparing reports.
Your organisational skills will also be useful for preparing and packing materials for staff onboarding events.
You have a curious mind that enjoys improving processes and making the most of information systems.
You enjoy working with a wider team of ‘People & Culture’ professionals in organisational development, human resources, health, safety and wellbeing.
You are able to work on site for the 6 month probationary period.
