Job summary

CQUniversity Rockhampton campus is seeking a passionate Workforce Capability Partner to design, develop and deliver engaging learning initiatives that build capability across our diverse workforce. You will work with stakeholders to identify capability needs, deliver enterprise-wide programs, create high-quality resources, support LMS administration, facilitate training and foster continuous development.

No two days will be the same as you might develop eLearning modules, run workshops, analyse

Qualifications

• A relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning methodologies.
• Experience using corporate systems and learning management software.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher qualification in adult education).
• Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning initiatives across the University.
• Support and administer learning management systems and digital learning technologies.
• Facilitate training and workshops for diverse audiences.
• Analyse learning data and identify capability gaps to drive improvements.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create high-quality resources.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide capability programs and continuous development.
