Job summary

Future Fund Australia is seeking an experienced learning and capability professional to join the Future Fund Academy on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will shape and deliver learning experiences that build organisational capability and support culture and strategic priorities.

You will coordinate Academy operations, engage with stakeholders across the Agency, and contribute to design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives, leveraging Workday Learning and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Organisational Development, Education, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate learning programs.
• Demonstrated facilitation of diverse audiences.
• Ability to use data and insights to improve learning programs.
• Experience with Workday Learning will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver learning programs aligned to organisational goals.
• Coordinate Academy operations and governance.
• Facilitate learning events and workshops.
• Engage with stakeholders across the Agency to develop practical solutions.
• Support Workday Learning functionality and learning systems.
