Job summary

Balance Mayfield is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Learn to Swim Instructors for casual, on-site roles. You will help students build water safety skills in a fun, supportive environment, covering school programs and group bookings.

A positive, energetic approach and strong relationships with students, parents and staff are essential. Successful applicants must undergo a comprehensive screening process, including references and Working with Children checks, with costs facilitated by The Wests

About the Role

At Balance Mayfield, we help people of all ages build confidence and skills in the water. Our Learn to Swim program caters to everyone from beginners taking their first strokes through to advanced swimmers and competitive pathways. We also deliver school swimming programs and group bookings. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Learn to Swim Instructors to join our passionate team on a casual basis. In this rewarding role, you will play an important part in helping students develop lifelong water safety skills while creating a fun, engaging and supportive learning environment.

You are passionate about teaching and enjoy helping others achieve their goals. With a positive and energetic approach, you can build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues while creating a safe and encouraging learning experience.

TheWests Group is a Child Safe organisation committed to providing a safe andsupportive place for all Children and Young People to be. We have strongrecruitment procedures to make sure the safest and most suitable people workwith us and require all applicants to undergo an extensive screening processprior to appointment. AM: 8am-12pm // PM: 2.30-6.30pm
Saturday & Sunday
