Job summary

Belgravia Group is seeking energetic Swim School Instructors for casual weekend classes at Wurdi Baierr Stadium in Torquay, Victoria. You will deliver swimming lessons to a wide range of ages, emphasizing water safety, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualified teachers with current First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Police Check are encouraged to apply; training is available for newcomers.

Qualifications

• Must have current first aid and CPR.
• WWCC (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
• Current AUSTSWIM certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities.

The Role

Wurdi Baierr Stadiumis looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team.

The Swim School Instructor delivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Multiple casual position available. We are seeking qualified swim teachers who are available on weekends for consistent classes each week

Skills & Attributes:

• Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team

Qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate

• Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – or equivalent
