JBS Australia seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator at the Dinmore Plant near Ipswich, Queensland. The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads CI initiatives across production, quality, safety and maintenance to enhance safety, quality, yield and cost efficiency.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods, coach frontline teams, analyse data and drive sustainable improvements with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering process improvements in manufacturing, food production or FMCG.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent CI qualification).
• Mechanical aptitude with Engineering/Operations/Manufacturing background is advantageous.
• Experience applying Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation and opportunity identification skills.
• Proven project management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to influence and coach others.
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Improvement, Manufacturing or related discipline are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and lead CI initiatives across production, quality, safety, and maintenance teams.
• Drive improvements to safety, quality, productivity, yield and cost efficiency.
• Coach teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and track progress.
• Report on CI performance and present findings to leadership.
