Piling & Concreting Australia is seeking a Leading Hand - Piling to oversee on-site crews across Arundel (QLD) and Bella Vista (NSW). You will lead operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate activities with the Piling Supervisor. The role involves travel and working away from home as required.

You will bring hands-on piling experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read technical drawings to guide a growing division.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews on piling projects.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily crew activities on site using Bored and CFA piling methods.
• Ensure safety, quality and budget targets are met on projects.
• Mentor crew and promote clear communication and teamwork.
• Solve on-site problems using piling rigs and technical drawings.
