Benzini Precast Concrete seeks an experienced Leading Hand to coordinate daily factory production, maintain quality and lead a small team. This hands-on leadership role has potential to develop into Production or Factory Manager.

You will plan daily work, manage mould and formwork, supervise concrete pouring, and ensure material readiness and safety. A background in precast/concreting and ability to interpret drawings are essential.

Formación

• Experience in precast concrete, formwork or related field.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specs.
• Experience leading people or readiness to supervise.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and accountability.
• Willingness to work hands-on and own factory outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safe, tidy and efficient factory operations.
• Work with management to improve quality, workflow and productivity.

Willingness to work on the tools and take ownership of factory outcomes.
