Lincoln Plastics, part of the Antelco Group, seeks an experienced afternoon shift Leading Hand and Injection Moulding Technician at our St Agnes site in South Australia. You will lead a small team, optimize processes, and ensure safety and quality on every shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a team of die setters and operators on shift.
• Set up, optimise and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and tooling.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate mould changes and CI initiatives.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated afternoon shift Leading Hand and Injection Moulding Technician. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Based At St Agnes, Your Role Will Include

• Supporting a team of die setters and operators on shift.
• Set up, optimise and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and tooling
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime
• Coordinate mould changes and CI initiatives
• Provide training and mentoring to team members
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
