Job summary

Boston Built on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Concreter to lead our internal concreting crew across multiple commercial projects. You’ll drive productivity, coordinate pours and ensure safety and quality on site.

This full-time, long-term role offers strong leadership support from Site Managers and Project Teams, with a clear path to grow within a growing builder-developer. You will plan upcoming pours, order quantities, organise concrete booms and pumps, and maintain

Boston Built is a growing commercial builder and developer with a huge pipeline of projects across the Gold Coast — and we're looking for an experienced Leading Hand Concreter to take charge of our internal concrete team.

This isn't just another concreting role.

You’ll be leading the team, driving productivity and helping deliver some seriously exciting commercial projects.

And you’ll have the support, resources and structure around you to do it properly.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a people person who knows how to get the best out of a team.

Someone who can manage different personalities, stay calm under pressure, keep the team moving when the workload ramps up and take ownership of getting the job done.

You’ll be responsible for running, managing and driving our internal concreting crew across multiple commercial projects throughout the Gold Coast.

Our concrete works will include:

• Suspended decks


• Slabs on ground


• Precast panels


• Columns


• Footings


• Structural concrete works


• General commercial concrete works

You’ll play a key role in planning and coordinating each pour, including:

• Leading and organising the concreting team


• Allocating labour and managing daily workloads


• Planning upcoming pours


• Ordering concrete quantities


• Organising concrete booms and pumps


• Coordinating deliveries and pour sequences


• Working closely with Site Managers and Project Teams


• Maintaining productivity, quality and safety


• Making sure the team has everything they need to get the job done

You won’t be left on your own.

You’ll have strong support from our Site Managers, Project Managers and Senior Management, with the structure and resources behind you to allow you to focus on leading your team and delivering the work.
