5 Star Foundations Qld Pty Ltd Beenleigh QLD is seeking an experienced Concrete Crew Leader to oversee daily site operations on residential projects and guide a crew to deliver high-quality work on time.

You will read plans, supervise forming, pouring and finishing, ensure safety and quality, and mentor crew members with a hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of concrete experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of house slab form works, rebar placement and finishing.
• Ability to manage crew productivity and site organization.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations.

Are you an experienced concrete professional ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Concrete Crew Leader to oversee daily job site operations and guide our crew to deliver high-quality work on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise a concrete crew on residential projects
• Coordinate site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing
• Read and interpret plans and project specifications
• Ensure safety standards and quality control are met
• Train and mentor crew members
• Clear communication with those around you

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of concrete experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of house slab form works, rebar placement and finishing
• Ability to manage crew productivity and job site organization
• Solid understanding of safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license and MR licence
