Felsch Group is a family-run residential building company specialising in high-end architectural homes, renovations and extensions across the Central Coast.
With a strong third-generation building background and over 20 years of industry experience, we price ourselves on quality workmanship, attention to detail and doing what we say we'll do.
We work closely with architects, designers and homeowners to deliver considered, well-built projects. We value good people, honest communication and a team that takes pride in its work - without cutting corners or rushing the details.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, qualified carpenter who has leading hand experience or is ready to take the next step into a hands-on team leader role.
Working closely with Nat, our builder and director, you'll play an important role in keeping the project running smoothly, maintaining high standards and helping coordinate the day-to-day work on site for the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the tools but also shows initiative and confidence to take ownership, think ahead and help lead the team.
You will need to be able to work well in a small team, work independently and communicate well with other trades and suppliers.
You will be carrying out high-quality carpentry
Helping organise daily site activities and keeping tasks on track
Coordinating with subcontractors and other trades to keep the workflow moving
Maintaining a clean, organised safe worksite
Communicating clearly with Nat and the team
Taking responsibility of your work and following through on commitments
What we are looking for:
You're an experienced carpenter who takes pride in their work. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder and can see what needs doing, plan ahead and get the task at hand done.
Experience working in high-end residential projects
Strong communication skills and practical problem solving solutions
Reliable, accountable with an organised approach
Your own vehicle, tools, and relevant licenses.
Be able to read and interpret architectural plans
What we offer:
$55 per hour + superannuation
Full-time employee position
Consistent work on quality residential projects on the Central Coast NSW
A hands-on role working directly with Nat
The opportunity to grow within the business and team
A chance to be involved in interesting architectural projects
A straightforward, supportive working environment where good hard work and good people are valued.
We look forward to meeting someone who shares our approach to building.
