Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is recruiting a Carpenter / Leading Hand for premium high-end residential projects across Sydney's Lower North Shore, North Shore and Northern Beaches.

You will deliver high-quality carpentry, lead by example, coordinate day-to-day site activities, support supervision and assist with scheduling while maintaining a safe, organised worksite. Pathway to Foreman and a competitive salary up to $125,000 + super.

Qualifications

• Qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience.
• Previous Leading Hand experience or readiness to step into leadership.
• Experience with high-end residential builds, renovations or extensions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality carpentry across premium residential projects.
• Lead by example and maintain exceptional standards of workmanship.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with trade and subcontractor coordination.
• Support site supervision, project scheduling and workflow.
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive worksite.
• Work closely with the builder and site management team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
