Felsch Group Pty Ltd in the Central Coast NSW is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter for high-end residential construction. You will lead on-site carpentry, collaborate with Nat, the builder and director, and ensure quality workmanship while coordinating day-to-day activities.

This full-time, on-site role rewards initiative, reliability and the ability to read plans. You must have own tools and licenses, and be ready to take ownership, plan ahead and lead a small crew on premium

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end residential projects.
• Own vehicle, tools and relevant licenses.
• Strong communication and practical problem-solving.
• Ability to plan ahead and lead on-site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality carpentry.
• Organise daily site activities and keep tasks on track.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe worksite.
• Communicate clearly with Nat and the team.
• Take responsibility for your work and commitments.
