Andrews on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our site team. Working with Site Manager and Structural Foreman, you will coordinate trades, monitor quality and help keep projects on programme.

This hands-on role suits carpentry trades with commercial or multi-residential experience, a solid work history, and a proactive, team-first approach.

Qualifications

• Carpentry trade background is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager and Structural Foreman with daily site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.

• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality multi-residential projects.

Andrews is a privately owned developer-builder delivering residential, retail and commercial projects across the Gold Coast. Through our in‑house construction arm, A Construct, we control the entire delivery process from concept through to construction. With multiple projects underway and a strong pipeline ahead, we are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our growing site team.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and Structural Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our projects. This is a hands‑on position responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards and helping deliver projects safely, efficiently and on programme.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting the Site Manager and Structural Foreman with daily site operations
