Job summary

Goal Indigenous Services is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join a busy construction team in Darwin, NT. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage crews, and support construction progress while upholding safety and quality standards.

Working with the Site Supervisor, you will oversee workers, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring efficient, safe site operations and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil or commercial construction.
• Experience leading small crews or coordinating site activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and site operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Goal Indigenous Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to join a busy construction team in Darwin, NT. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil or commercial construction who enjoys leading crews, coordinating daily site activities and ensuring projects run smoothly.

Working closely with the Site Supervisor, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of workers, subcontractors, materials and equipment to ensure site activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
