Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in organisational development and implementation planning.
• Experience in governance, operating model development and organisational improvement.
• Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Heads of School, School Managers and Faculty leaders on priorities, governance and implementation matters.
• Support leaders to navigate complex governance matters and coordinate leadership planning activities.
• Prepare briefings and materials to inform leadership decisions on organisational matters.
• Plan and deliver organisational development activities aligning with Faculty priorities.
• Review structures, workflows and operating arrangements to improve alignment and accountability.
• Support improvement initiatives through planning, stakeholder engagement and progress tracking.
• Identify engagement and implementation risks and provide timely advice to leaders.
• Strengthen staff structures through role clarity, succession coverage, and workforce resilience.
• Clarify governance roles, document decision pathways and support governance improvements.
• Assess service delivery and contribute to sustainable operating models.
