Job summary
IAG is seeking a Leadership Insights & Planning Specialist to unite data, feedback, and operational insights for leadership capability across brands including NRMA and RACQ Insurance. This permanent full-time role is based in multiple locations across Australia and involves governance, planning, and project delivery within the Leadership Development & Performance team.
You will connect dots between data and actions, delivering insights to shape leadership strategy while ensuring projects stay on
Qualifications
- Experience turning qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Ability to combine stakeholder feedback with operational data.
- Experience in project planning, governance and delivery rhythms.
Responsibilities
- Identify trends and opportunities across leadership and coaching capability.
- Develop leadership insight reports and strategic narratives for decision making.
- Measure coaching and leadership effectiveness and inform priorities.
- Support annual planning, governance processes and delivery rhythms.
- Provide PMO-style project management support to initiatives.
- Improve reporting, planning and insight generation through data and technology.
