Job summary

UniSuper is seeking a technology leader to head end-user computing and workplace technology delivery in Melbourne. You will steer the technical delivery of major workplace programs and manage the technology landscape enabling daily collaboration, connectivity and experiences across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in EUC, workplace technology or technical infrastructure delivery.
• Vendor management experience with MSPs and vendors.
• Delivery of workplace technology programs across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workplace technology portfolio to deliver secure, reliable platforms aligned with business needs.
• Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve self-service across workplace tech services.
• Deliver technology roadmaps balancing demand, lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
• Lead workplace technology initiatives including office moves, refurbishments and transformations.
• Manage technical planning, budgets, risks, vendors and delivery activities.
• Ensure activities align with risk and compliance obligations including CPS234 and CSP230.
• Improve stakeholder alignment across business, property, facilities and technology.
• Monitor vendors, licensing and commercial arrangements to maximise value and compliance.
• Report to Head of Workplace Technology.
