Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a lead Psychologist for a permanent part-time position (0.8 FTE) in Sydney. You will join a national consulting team, delivering workplace mental health initiatives, training and organisational coaching.

You will design programs, conduct assessments and supervise projects while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across government and corporate sectors. Apply your clinical expertise to broader consulting work.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist and relevant clinical credentials.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Psychologist in workplace or health settings.
• Experience designing and delivering adult education or training programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution, psychometric and psychosocial risk assessments is valued.
• Able to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Willingness to obtain government security clearance and travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging workplace mental health and wellbeing training and consulting services.
• Design and facilitate evidence-based training programs for organisations.
• Provide coaching, supervision and consulting support.
• Conduct individual and team assessments across diverse workplace environments.
• Complete psychometric and psychosocial risk assessments.
• Support workplace conflict resolution matters.
• Analyse assessment outcomes and prepare comprehensive reports; manage projects.
• Build strong relationships with corporate and government stakeholders.
