Job summary

Sharp & Carter are recruiting a Psychosocial Safety Officer for a 12-month contract with a globally recognised organisation. Based in Sydney CBD, you will support multiple Australian locations and focus on psychosocial risk management alongside broader WHS initiatives.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will translate frameworks into pragmatic controls, conduct psychosocial risk assessments, incident investigations and training, and partner with HR and line leaders to embed psychologically safe

Qualifications

• Experience with psychosocial hazards and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation.
• Experience with incident investigations and audits.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and improvement of psychosocial risk management across the organisation.
• Conduct psychosocial risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Assist with workers' compensation and injury management casework.
• Lead and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver WHS training and audits.
• Coordinate with HR and leaders across Australia.
