Job summary

Ioof Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer - Integration to lead scalable, secure, and resilient integration delivery across our enterprise environment. As the technical lead for the Workato platform, you will blend hands-on engineering with architecture leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

You will establish reusable integration patterns, guide platform adoption, and modernise integrations from legacy middleware to cloud and iPaaS solutions, partnering with

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise integration experience.
Hands-on Workato expertise across recipes and deployments.
Strong technical leadership across design, estimation and governance.
Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and API-led integration.
Experience with cloud platforms and MFT protocols (SFTP/FTPS).
Familiar with ITIL processes and production support.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise integration standards and governance.
Design, develop and maintain Workato workflows and connectors.
Lead migration from legacy middleware to Workato.
Design secure API-led integration patterns.
Provide technical leadership and design assurance.
Oversee monitoring, logging, and observability for resilience.
Coordinate deployments across Dev, Test, UAT and Prod with CI/CD.
Collaborate with stakeholders for onboarding and go-live.
