Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced contract-based integration support engineer to administer and support Workato-based platforms, GoAnywhere MFT, and AWS-driven integrations across client environments.

You will lead incident response, manage service levels, and coordinate with client teams and vendors to ensure high availability and compliance. AWS familiarity and ITIL processes are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with enterprise-grade integration platforms (Workato)
• Hands-on production support for integration tools and MFT
• Experience leading incident, problem, and change management
• Ability to maintain SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
• Mentoring offshore support teams and coordinating with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supports and administers Workato-based integration platforms in enterprise environments.
• Leads production support for Workato integrations, GoAnywhere MFT, and AWS-based platforms.
• Acts as primary client-facing support lead, providing service reviews and incident updates.
• Owns incident, problem, and change management processes for timely issue resolution.
• Ensures adherence to SLAs, OLAs and KPIs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Leads and mentors offshore support team with technical guidance and workload management.
• Coordinates with client stakeholders, business units, vendors and development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes integration workflows and cloud components.
• Manages production deployments, release validations, and post-implementation support.
• Ensures platform security, data integrity, governance and compliance.
• Implements monitoring, alerting and observability to pre-empt issues.
• Conducts RCA and drives preventive actions to improve stability.
• Maintains runbooks, support procedures, knowledge bases and DR docs.
• Collaborates with architecture/engineering on platform improvements and automation.
• Supports audits, security assessments and governance activities.
