Job summary

City of Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Treatment to support the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, water reclamation facilities and associated infrastructure across the Coffs Coast.

You will monitor and optimise treatment processes, interpret water quality data, maintain treatment assets, support dam and water supply operations and mentor team members to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in water and/or wastewater treatment operations.
• Current Class C Driver Licence.
• Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with SCADA systems.
• Industry certifications encouraged.
