Job summary

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Treatment to support the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities across the Coffs Harbour area. This hands-on role requires you to monitor processes, interpret quality data and ensure reliable service delivery to the community.

You will lead a team, apply your technical expertise, and contribute to regulatory compliance and safety standards while supporting dam and water supply operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in water and/or wastewater treatment operations.
• Ability to monitor plant performance and interpret data.
• Ability to mentor team members and ensure safety.
