Job summary

CoreStaff is seeking an experienced Solid Waste Treatment - Operations worker to join the Shoal Bay facility in Australia. The role involves leading daily activities, operating heavy mobile plant and ensuring waste handling and safety procedures are followed on site.

There is potential for a permanent position after 6 months, with an ongoing position and a starting rate of AUD 48 per hour plus penalties. Weekly pay and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew and coordinating staff/contractors.
• Experience operating heavy mobile plant (dozers, excavators, loaders, landfill compactors, ADTs).
• Strong commitment to WHS, environmental compliance and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for staff and contractors.
• Operate heavy mobile plant including dozers, excavators, loaders, landfill compactors and ADTs.
• Oversee waste receival, inspections, segregation, placement and compaction.
