Blackbook Recruitment seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading FMCG site in Sydney, NSW. You will lead daily warehouse activities, coordinate labour, and oversee forklift operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with QA and technical teams to maintain high food safety standards, accurate stock control and timely reporting. Working hours are 4am–12pm, Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu, with Australian working rights.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising or leading teams in warehousing, logistics, FMCG or similar operations.
• Strong grasp of WHS practices and safe work protocols.
• Proven ability to coordinate labour, resources and priorities across a busy site.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee incoming goods, warehouse activities and forklift operations per daily plans.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, assign work and monitor performance.
• Maintain stock visibility across all stages and flag supply issues to stakeholders.
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure continuity of operations.
• Ensure dispatched goods meet quality and presentation standards with accurate labelling.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and QA to uphold food safety, quality and cleanliness.
