Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a distribution setting within the Greater Western Sydney region. The role oversees Receiving, Dispatch and Inventory and guides a high-performing team to meet service levels.

You will manage approximately 40 employees through three Team Leaders, coordinate labour hires and rostering, and ensure accurate stock movement and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in distribution.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Strong communication and people management.
• Exposure to WMS and MS Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across Receiving, Dispatch and Inventory.
• Manage and support a team of approximately 40 employees through three Team Leaders.
• Coordinate labour hire requirements, rostering and workforce planning.
• Approve timesheets and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock movement throughout the warehouse.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day warehouse issues.
• Support inbound and outbound operations to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain a smooth and efficient warehouse operation.
