IJS Productions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Floor Manager for our Virginia warehouse in Queensland. You will supervise gear movements, optimize space, and lead stocktakes while building a cohesive team with strong training support.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in warehouse operations or logistics
• Demonstrated leadership and people management
• Strong attention to detail and fault finding
• Proficient with MS Office incl. Excel
• LF forklift license desirable

Responsibilities

• Supervise gear movement in/out of the warehouse with accurate use of warehouse systems
• Coordinate space to maximise flow, safety and efficiency
• Lead stocktakes and audits to reduce errors
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to foster a cohesive team
• Deliver induction content and training for the warehouse team
