Domain is seeking a Photo Editor to lead the visual production of editorial content across print, digital and social channels in Sydney. You will work with Editorial, Social, Video, Print and B2B teams to commission photography and manage budgets, while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee relationships with freelance photographers, ensure licensing compliance, and drive visual storytelling that supports commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Strong photography background in real estate/home lifestyle or related industries.
• Experience in image rights licensing and copyright compliance.
• Ability to lead production workflows and coordinate multiple stakeholders on editorial shoots.
• Experience in print and digital production and adapting imagery for different platforms.
• Keen eye for detail, design, visual standards and audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Degree in Journalism, Photography, Design or Media Production.
• At least 8 years’ experience in media, publishing, production or marketing.
• Prior experience as a photographer or editor is favorable.
• Proficiency in Wordpress, Adobe Suite and Cloudinary.

Responsabilidades

• Manage logistics of photography shoots within budget and coordinate with photographers, talent and vendors.
• Respond to briefs for magazine photography, social campaigns, and digital assets.
• Manage photography subscriptions and partnerships.
• Organise and audit visual asset libraries; tag, caption, and manage licensing docs.
• Handle copyright, image rights and licensing for commissioned content.
• Develop and implement the visual identity for the content team across channels.
• Oversee production quality and ensure timely delivery meeting standards.
• Support production teams on platform solutions for creative producers.
